This is a very simple recipe that involves buying some prepared food, but its one of our favorite recipes when we travel. It is very easy to prepare as we buy fresh salmon bacon cheddar burgers from Publix.
Two Servings:
2 Salmon Cheddar Bacon Burgers2 or 3 fresh Zucchini
Preheat griddle Wash and dry zucchini and cut length wise into strips about third inch thick. Use a light non stick spray on griddle and put zucchini and burgers on grill. Grill each side to sufficiently brown. Use a meat thermometer to make sure salmon is done. And then sit and enjoy this meal -Marie B-
